DeNiece Veterinary Technician / Office Manager
DeNiece has been working with Dr. McAllister since 1985 and accompanied him to his practice when he opened it in 1987. She is our office manager and a certified veterinary technician. She assists with surgery, takes the radiographs and performs the laser therapy. She lives in Hebron with her husband, her two sons (Brandon and Caleb).
Jessica has been working at the practice since 2007. If you call the clinic, you'll usually speak with her and she is probably the first person you'll see when you walk through the door. In addition to being our computer wizard, she can answer any questions regarding exotics. Jessica lives in Delmar with her husband and young sons Seth and Conner and rambunctious boxer, Eva, and yorkie puppy, Jasper, and multiple reptiles.
Haley started in 2010 as part time help and picked up everything so quickly that we asked her on full time. She does a little of everything in the office including: labwork, laser treatments and radiographs. She lives in Salisbury with her husband Brandon, their adorable son (Peyton) and their yellow Labrador Drake.
Dr. Michael McAllister opened the practice in 1986 and retired from the practice in May of 2017. You will find him at farmers markets and at his produce stand 'Pogo's Pantry'.
Joan joined the practice in 1992. It's was the perfect job for her since she loves being surrounded by dogs. She was so grateful to have spent the last 25 years working with an excellent veterinarian, with co-workers who are now my extended family, and with wonderful clients who quickly became good friends. She is retiring in June 2017.
